The GRAND reason why...

Well those MSDom machines, the decent ones running windows anyway, do have nice backgrounds. A bit boring though, those 'marble' platings. !Aquarium made a refreshing change, but not quite. Then a certain duck started swimming in a nice natural environment.

As usual, within a few years, the local councils decided that the swampy rural area was just the place to plan their filthy train-track. Although there appeared to have been some protest -only of long haired, soap sniffing hippies, which bring their little children as a pathetic excuse to the protest outings- of course, but nothing serious. Now, with the train running its regular runs, that neighbourhood, its social welfare and the general atmosphere went down of course.

And it was not for long that the first real criminals appeared. As is custom in the civilized world, at first they let them do their job. Next after an politically disastrous media outlet, the high and mighty were forced to do something about it. And again, as is custom in our civilized world they simply cured the symthoms, with the usual far to harsh and besides the point sort of measurements.

Some baddies were caught, more people got killed and live went on, just as social, as criminal, as it already was. Newly created baddies still kept spoiling the fun.

Meanwhile the council had build some houses on top of the swampy area... (there is more to that than it seems, but that‘s for another story which is far to smelly to elaborate on...) The people living there spend most of their time unhappy. Some went out robbing trains, others went out beating up train-robbers professionally but most of them found a save outlet in reading nice books (a few), watching soap opera (a few more), or dreaming of finding a way out of this grotty world (most).

And on a certain day, their collective imaginations joined and the combined meta-concert created something truly unexpected. Their visionary inputs received the images you are about to unleash.

They picture an imaginary happy world, with simple things, simple problems and even simpler solutions...
